Students will learn sharp techniques to closing the deal, whether in-person, by phone or via video conference.  Closing is an important part of the selling process, it refers to completing a sales transaction.  It is the final step while making a sales process with a customer. It effectively refers to the customer signing on the dotted line of the agreement completing the sale.
