Microsoft Access Advanced

This Course builds on concepts learned in our first Microsoft Access training to give the student a well-rounded understanding of database concepts and Microsoft Access in particular. The MS Access Advanced training you will teach students to normalize data, join tables while observing referential integrity, query multiple tables, format forms, and reports, insert background images and charts; and create specialized objects such as lookup fields, subforms and subreports, navigation forms, and calculated fields.


Microsoft Access

This class will introduce you to databases and their uses. technical knowledge of how databases work along with knowledge on how to create, design and encrypt Access databases. Students will build and work with Access tables, relationships, keys and constraints. They will also learn how to Query data, manage and design interfaces with Access Forms.


Microsoft SharePoint Administrator

Students will learn the knowledge and skills you need to plan, implement and administer a Microsoft SharePoint environment. Students will learn how to troubleshoot your SharePoint environment to keep it running smoothly. The MS SharePoint Administrator class will show students guidelines, best practices, and considerations to help you optimize your SharePoint deployment.


Microsoft PowerPoint Advanced

You will learn how to utilize PowerPoint with other tools to build multi-media presentations with audio and video. The PowerPoint training will show students how to use thew export functions to create video executables. Students will create and edit shapes, enter and modify WordArt objects and pictures, and work with tables, charts, and diagrams. Students will learn how to proof a presentation, create speaker notes, and present and share their presentations.


Microsoft PowerPoint

The MS PowerPoint course will teach students to tell a visual story. We will introduce you to the essential functions and features of PowerPoint. We will introduce you to PowerPoint’s window components, show you how to open and run a presentation and switch between views. Students will create a basic presentation and add content; arrange, insert, and delete slides; and apply templates and design themes. The course will show you how to create and edit shapes, enter and modify WordArt objects and pictures, and work with tables, charts, and diagrams. Microsoft Outlook Advanced

The MS Outlook class builds on basic skills in Outlook and teaches students to use the advanced features like tasks, notes, themes and signatures. The Class will provide instruction on best practices using multiple accounts, filtering and archiving.


Microsoft Excel Advanced

Advanced Excel training course overview. Learn the most advanced formulas, functions and types of financial analysis to be an Excel power user. This training will provide training on a more complex look at automating variety of Functions and Formulae with Macros. This training provides and understanding of importing data from a variety of sources including MS Access, Text files and other structured data sources. Learn to manage data in Excel as a table with summaries and totaling in addition to conditional formatting. Advanced MS Excel teaches you how to format and manage and display data using charts and graphs.


Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel Training will introduce the basics of spreadsheet terminology and the fundamental concepts of Microsoft Excel.

You will learn how to identify Excel window components, navigate worksheets, and to download templates. You will also be shown how to enter and edit text, values, and formulas, and how to save workbooks in multiple formats including the native Excel format. This training will show you how to work with large worksheets in Microsoft Excel and use multiple worksheets and workbooks efficiently.
