Students will learn the process of developing a sales force, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow a business to consistently hit, and even surpass, its sales targets. This program covers a variety of techniques and best practices to build a sales management strategy that students should follow. Students will learn skills based on industry best practices and processes within Sales Management. This program will provide classes that establish a foundation for sales processes to improve productivity, promote better decision making, build better teams, and train future sales leaders.
